Description
This ignition distributor has a vacuum connection, which does not have to be used necessarily.
We recommend not to use ignition cables with a copper core. The electronics in the ignition distributor may be interfered with the electromagnetic fields induced by these cables.
This 123 TUNE distributor is built specially for the Alfa Romeo Giulia, Nuova, Spider, Bertone und Duetto.. As with other 123 TUNE distributors you can adjust the advance curve individually to complement the engine and your driving habits. As a special service, we can initialise the distributor with the original ignition advance curve (if we have the data) or any other curve to your like. If you wish us to do that please leave a note, what you will be able to do for at the end of the check-out process.
This distributor is from the 123\TUNE (USB) series.
- Ignition cables with copper core are not suitable for use with this ignition distributor. Likewise older ignition cables should be replaced. For suitable ignition lead sets, see below.
- Older ignition coils and ignition coils with a resistance below 1 ohm in the primary circuit (between terminals 1 and 15) lead to malfunction/total failure. The appropriate ignition coil with the parameters required for your vehicle, see below.
