First your unit will be inspected and tested thoroughly and the cause of the misbehaviour/malfunction will be identified. Should you wish a quote for the repair you will be presented with our test results and the estimated costs for the repair.

 

If you decide to have the repair done by us (repair costs normally are about 50% cheaper than buying a new unit) the work will be carried out within 2-3 working days, sometimes even on the same day. You'll get back your unit within shortest time. There's one year warranty on the exchanged parts.

 

If you decide against the repair of the unit, the distributor will be sent back to you immediately for the cost of the postage (within Germany free of charge).
